

AddÉnergie Technologies Inc. has been funded in 2008 by Louis Tremblay and Michaël Desjardins, occupying respectively the role of President and Vice-President of the company. The founders are both electrical engineer and they have been involved in the world on electrical vehicles and smart power networks since more then seven years during which they have worked in both military and academic sectors.

Robert Benoît is the President of Groupe Conseil Énergika Inc. - a consulting firm specialized in due diligence review for energy companies – since 2005. He has recently successfully led investors to the acquisitions of Transelec in Chile by a Canadian consortium headed by Brookfield Asset Management and of Green Mountain Power in Vermont by Gaz Métropolitain. He also spent 30 years at Hydro-Québec – one of the most important electric utility in the world – where he became CEO of TransÉnergie HQ Inc. - the company responsible for developing and managing transmission assets in Peru, Chile, Australia and the United States. Mr. Benoît also serves as director of three energy-related companies based in North America.

Louis McGuire, C.A., has occupied the role of Vice President Finance & CFO for many companies such as Videotron (Videoway Interactive), Royal Airline (Charter airline), MM Resources (Natural resources) and Bioxel Pharma (Biopharmaceuticals). He his now the President of Eastmain Management inc, a private investment society focusing on energy, resources and health markets.

Pierre Nelis was one of the builders of Softimage, a world leader in special effects software and winner of several Oscar. After managing the merger with Microsoft, he became Director, Business Development for the Microsoft Advanced Technology Division and Vice President, Softimage Business Unit. A graduate of the Management Institute of McGill University and the Collège des administrateurs of Université Laval, Pierre Nelis, Vice President General Manager at Inno-centre, sits on several boards of directors of private companies and community organizations.
